Tell us what happened and we’ll take a careful look. Walnut is independent software, so support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis, with privacy, data safety and serious faults taking priority.

What happened?

Keep private information out of this form. Do not send passwords, encrypted backup files, invitation codes, diary text, health details or other Walnut content. Form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to Strataic Ltd. See our privacy policy.

Before anything else

If you are worried about your data, avoid deleting Walnut, resetting it or repeatedly importing backups. If the app opens, first create an encrypted backup in Settings → Backup & Restore.

What is supported

The current App Store version of Walnut.
Compatible iPhones running iOS 26.4 or later.
Reasonable help with setup, backups, faults, privacy and accessibility.

Purchases and refunds

Restore Walnut Pro in Settings → General → Walnut Pro. Apple handles subscription management, billing and refunds. Manage subscriptions or request a refund through Apple.
