A record of the tools and services behind the Project Walnut website, included in the spirit of clarity and proper attribution.
The website
Project Walnut’s site is a small collection of semantic HTML, CSS and plain JavaScript. It uses no content-management system, advertising code or third-party interface framework, and its typography uses the system fonts already installed on your device.
Hosting
The site is hosted in the United Kingdom by Inventive Hosting, a trading name of Praetorian IT Services Ltd. Hosting security and ordinary server logs are described in our privacy policy.
Forms
Formspree securely processes the general contact and Walnut support forms. The two routes use separate destinations so general enquiries reach hello@strataic.com and app support reaches support@strataic.com.
Measurement
The site is prepared for Plausible Analytics, a cookieless aggregate analytics service hosted in the European Union. Once Walnut’s site-specific tracker is installed, it will measure page visits and four named events without receiving form contents: Contact Click, Contact Submitted, Support Click and Support Submitted.
Walnut itself
Walnut is a private, local-first iPhone app designed and published by Strataic Ltd. The app contains no analytics or advertising SDKs. Its data design, Apple integrations, encrypted sharing and backups are documented separately in the Project Walnut Privacy Policy.
